<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 23 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287 schedule 35 (Passenger <br /> loading zones), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ I~api`olani Street. mauka side, from a point forty-nine feet Puna of the <br /> Veterans Cemetery Access Road and extending one hundred ninety-six feet in the <br /> Puna direction from 7: k 5 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on <br /> school days. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance aze declazed to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
