REPORT OF TIDE <br /> COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS & <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS <br /> DATE: June 19, 2001 RE: Communication No. 245/Res No. 93-01 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:10 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br /> Communication No. 245 and attached Resolution No. 93-01 reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 245 from Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase transmits for council review and <br /> consideration Resolution No. 93-01 authorizing the acceptance of a grant easement located at Kahauloa 2°d in <br /> South Kona. The parcel is owned by T. Red Co., Inc. identified as Tax Map Key (3) 8-3-016:013(por). <br /> Resolution No. 93-01 states that the County of Hawaii maintains a drainage system that encroaches upon this <br /> parcel. The granting of the easement by T.
