Halsted to the County of Hawaii Liquor <br /> Control Adjudication Board, to fill the vacancy created by Leinaala B. Enos, <br /> whose term expired on December 31, 2000. <br /> Mr. Halsted represents Council District 4, and is a 42-year resident of Hawaii. He <br /> is aself-employed attorney who desires to do public service to the community. <br /> Mr. Halsted is the chair for the Hawaii Photo Expo 2001, and has served as the <br /> secretary for the Film Club, a Mock Trial Coach for Waiakea High School and a <br /> volunteer at Divorce Clinics.
