The Police Department was also contacted at the request of Chair Elarionoff.
They have no objection to the proposed traffic amendment.
Your Committee is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 64 and recommends that it pass
first reading.
ctd
AYES NOES A&E EX Respectfully submitted
ARAKAKI X COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC lVd~ORKS &
CHUNG X INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS
ELARIONOFF X ~
JACOBSON X ~~`'"`'"b
-
LEITHEAD-TODD X Leningrad ario off, HAIL
PISICCHIO X
SAFARIK X PW&IRC REPORT NO. 9
TYLER X ADOPTED: i ~
YAGONG X
