I am here to give input on Bill No. 62. As a native tenant with 1/3 vested interest in all the land of Hawaii, under Hawaiian Kingdom Laws, we are here to say that we strongly oppose Bill 62 because the issue oP land has gone unspoken on those Ianda you are suggesting to build this lethal radioactive plant on, lands with no "clear title." How can the Hawaii county and it's mayor assume that they have clear title on any lands in Hawaii. "Show me your title? Where did you get the title? Under what Taws? State Laws? or Hawaiian Laws? Unless you cleared your title with Perfect Title, you definitely do not have clear title to any lands in Hawaii. Why? Because they (Perfect Title) are the only entity in Hawaii that is based on Hawaiian Law, that can clear titles in Hawai'i_ Of course we know the history of the 1993 "takeover" and the entity called the Provisional Government, that became the Republic of Hawaii then later became the Territory of Hawaii and today, that same entity exists' as the State of Hawaii. This brings the question of land ownership to the forefront for which we learned slot about through actual research of land titles the county of Hawaii claims to be theirs, is in essence lands that Still belong to native Hawaiians known today as native tenants who are the only entity in existence today.
