The selected <br /> members from each county then confer among themselves and <br /> formulate a slate of officers which will then"b8 presented to the <br /> Councils and the HSAC General Membership for approval. <br /> Accordingly, it is requested that the Hawaii County Council select <br /> one of its members to serve as an officer of HSAC for fiscal year <br /> 1997-1998.
