All references made about the <br /> Finance Director within the Hawaii County Code, Section 4-32.1 should have been changed <br /> to Police Chief. Unfortunately, the last sentence within item (b) of that section still mentions <br /> the finance director. <br /> Draft 2 corrects this oversight by replacing "finance director" with "police chief'. <br /> We apologize for any inconvenience that this change may cause.
