Attached is a sketch <br /> showing the area to be abandoned and disposed. <br /> Granting of an easement will not relieve the County of all liabilities associated with the encroachment <br /> as we would still be the fee owners of the property. Our proposal would address our liability concerns <br /> and will correct your client's encroachment problem. <br /> Because the Public Works Director does not have the authority to dispose the property, by a copy of this <br /> letter we have forwarded your request to the Finance Director.
