<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 178 <br /> (Draft 3) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-3 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br /> CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM GENERAL INDUSTRIAL (MG-3a) <br /> TO PROJECT DISTRICT AT OOMA 2ND, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX <br /> MAP KEY 7-3-9:22. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-3, Article S, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ooma 2"d, North Kona, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Project District: <br /> Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Northeasterly corner of Lot 2 (portion of Grant 2942 to Hulikoa) and a point on the <br /> Westerly side of Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Kailua-Kawaihae Road, Section II, Project <br /> No. BD-65-352), the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "AKAHIPUU" being 17,760.95 feet South and 21,173.51 <br /> feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 91° 50' 1,359.22 feet along Grant 2942 to Hulikoa to an Ahu <br /> with a triple <br /> 2. 148° 31' 30" 2,633.66 feet along King's Highway to a point; <br /> 3. 258° 25' 16" 1,749.00 feet along the remainder of Government <br /> Land to a point; <br /> Thence, following along the Westerly side of Queen Kaahumanu Highway <br /> (Kailua-Kawaihae Road, Section II, Project <br /> No. BD-65-352) on a curve to the left with a <br /> radius of 5,204.00 feet, the chord azimuth <br /> and distance being: <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
