This request, dated April 20, 1997, <br /> was received by the County Council on June 6, 1997 and was referred to the Public Works and <br /> Parks Committee for its consideration. <br /> In the course of processing your request, committee staff were informed that your business had <br /> apparently closed. As we were unable to reach you at the phone number listed in your request, <br /> staff contacted the Concept Development Company and were informed that you had terminated <br /> your lease on July 4, 1997. <br /> As your request for asidewalk/sign permit was clearly dependent upon your possession of the <br /> premises at 264 Keawe Street, we have stopped processing your request. Please inform me in <br /> writing by August 18, 1997, if there is some reason why you would want us to resume <br /> processing your application.
