Prior to then, <br /> she was employed as the executive director of Recycle Hawaii, anon-profit educational organization. In <br /> <br /> addition, she served as co-chair ofthe Environmental Management Commission with Mr. Riley Smith. and <br /> scived as' Count} Clerk for the County of Hawaii in 1995-1996. <br /> Your Committee on 1nvironmental Management recommends confirmation of Ms. Bell as Director of <br /> k?m ironmental Management to serve a term co-terminus with the Mayor, which will end on Dec.
