'~''2 416 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Pahoa High and Intermediate School Auto Mechanics Shop is in need of tools <br /> and equipment to train students for entry level positions in the field of auto mechanics; and <br /> WHEREAS. the County has secured commitments from Pahoa High and ]ntermediate School <br /> for additional funding and from I,ex Brodie's'fire and Service Center for the donation of auto lift <br /> equipment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the $5,000.00 appropriation will be administered by the Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, which will grant the funding to Malama O Puna, a Hawaii non-profit organization, for the <br /> purchase of tools and equipment for the Pahoa High and Intermediate School. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF.SOLVF,D BY THI; COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUN"f OF <br /> APPROPR[A"LION: $5.000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000.00 <br /> CRF;DITI?D "I O: <br /> 010.271.527L66 Prosecuting Attorney- Wecd and Seed Coordinator $5,000.0(1 <br /> <br />
