We also want to offer the following <br /> additional comments: <br /> <br /> 1. The project site is on a 15 acre portion of a 31 acre parcel. We request that a master plan <br /> for the entire parcel be provided for our review that includes the interior roadway system. <br /> Any further development of the remaining portion of the parcel will require the Traffic <br /> Impact Analysis Report (TZAR) to be updated or revised to reflect the cumulative impact <br /> of development. The updated TZAR should be submitted for our review and approval. <br /> <br /> 2. The applicant should establish a 10-foot planting screen easement abutting Akoni Pule <br /> Highway along the makai side of the subject project. <br /> 3.
