The bill contains some provisions which are very unfair to AdvoCATS, an <br /> organization which is trying to help the county solve the overpopulation problem of feral <br /> We have never been given the opportunity to read this bill but at a teleconference <br /> 12/116 here in Kona, I read a copy of this latest draft and once again, we find it <br /> unacceptable. This bill is bad for the animals as well as for those who would have to <br /> enforce ft and is also considered unacceptable by HIHS and by the Police Department. <br /> Please do not override the Mayor's veto of Bill 258.
