Supplement No. 1, Agreement for Older <br /> Americans Act Funds Between the Executive Office on Aging, State of <br /> Hawaii and the County of Hawaii Through Its Office of Aeine <br /> Attached is a resolution which authorizes the County to enter into supplemental <br /> agreements for the above-referenced contract. <br /> Please note that two additional grants have been added to the resolution because we have <br /> been notified by the Executive Office of Aging, State of Hawaii, to anticipate a 10 percent <br /> reduction in grant funding because of the State's current economic difficulties. <br /> The supplemental contract, which is attached, increases the funding level of Contract <br /> No. HA-98-1(N) from $701,761 to $725,812. Resolution No. 126-97 which authorized the <br /> council chair to sign the original contract was adopted by the Council on August 20, 1997. <br /> Please sign all three copies of the contract and route them back to Pauline Fukunaga of <br /> this office.
