It appears SRF funding will not be available for the Kealakehe Wastewater <br /> Treatment Plant Sludge Removal project. Previously, $600,000 was appropriated for the <br /> County's share of this project. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Capital Budget by appropriating an <br /> additional $4,000,000 to the County's share of the Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant <br /> Sludge Removal project.
