Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following azea situated at Ponahawai, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20): <br /> Beginning at a point at the north corner of this parcel of land being also the <br /> northwest corner of Lot 3 and on the southeasterly side of Ponahawai Street the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br /> Station "HALAI" being 708.02 feet South and 807.37 feet East and running by azimuths <br /> measured clockwise from true South: <br /> Thence along Lot 3, along a curve to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 1. 277° 30' 28.28 feet; <br /> 2. 322° 30' 425.00 feet along Lot 3; <br /> 3. 52° 30' 100.00 feet along Lot 3; <br /> 4. 142° 30' 445.00 feet along Lot 4 to a point at the <br /> southeasterly side of Ponahawai Street; <br /> <br />
