The proposed <br /> amendment adds a new Condition "E" under SECTION 2, setting forth a new required minimum number <br /> of off-street parking spaces as represented in the rezoning application. The new Condition "E" reads as <br /> follows: <br /> "E. Notwithstandine Section 25-4-51(a)(5). the project shall provide a minimum of one and <br /> three-quarters pazking spaces for each unit. or the requirements of Section 25-4-51. whichever is <br /> Preater.
