MtY Os <br /> V~~L~ IJ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> c•.. <br /> Ol~M~~' <br /> BILL NO. 177 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDTfION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23 (Bus <br /> stop locations), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code, 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> ~ Kamehameha Avenue, west side, be ig nnin¢ from a point sixty feet <br /> south of Kalakaua Street and extending fifty feet in the southerly <br /> direction, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., on school days. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declazed to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
