Moon of Council District 4 to the <br /> County of Hawai'i Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources <br /> Preservation Commission. Ms. Moon, who is retired, is a 45-year resident of <br /> Hawai'i. <br /> <br /> Ms. Moon is presently the co-chair of the Sierra Club Moku Loa Group Outings. <br /> She is also the Leleiwi Community Volunteer Coordinator, and the Volunteer <br /> Technical Director of both the Hilo Chinese New Year Festival and the Hawai'i <br /> World Heritage Festival. She states that she is not affiliated with any political <br /> party.
