Ford <br /> Council Member <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to Dispose of Real Property to the <br /> State of Hawaii for the Consolidation and Resetting Aside of Lands Under <br /> Executive Order No. 2196 with Land Purchased for the New South Kona Police <br /> Station <br /> <br /> Attached is a resolution regarding provisions pertaining to land usage, specifically the <br /> consolidation and resetting aside of lands, relating to the construction of a new South Kona <br /> police station. <br /> The resolution authorizes the Director of Finance to, upon acquisition of TMK (3)8-2-001:072, <br /> convey said parcel to the State of Hawaii for the purpose of consolidation with land under <br /> Executive Order No. 2196, and then reset aside the consolidated parcel for utilization by the <br /> County of Hawaii for a new South Kona police station. <br /> <br /> Also attached to the resolution are a series of maps pertinent to the disposition of this resolution <br /> and a copy of Executive Order No. 2196 labeled as "Exhibit A". <br /> <br /> BJF/dkr <br /> Encl. <br /> <br /> 1 QW.558-03~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Comm.
