No. 10-0 i <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 10-03, reports as lollows: <br />Resolution No. 10-03, transmitted by Director of Finance William 'Takaba, via Communication <br />No. 6, dated November 12, 3002, authorizes the Oftice of the Mayor to enter into an agreement <br />with the State of Hawaii.
