Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 314, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 314. transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 736, <br />dated August 1 1.2004, amends Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending <br />,lone 30. 2005, by adding the following project <br />PARKS & RIiCRI?A"f10N: <br />Miloli'i Beach Park Improvements 110-599-5597.97 <br />$66,457 <br />Funds fivr this project shall he provided from general obligation bonds, capital projects, fund- <br />fund balance and/or other sources. <br />Funds will be used fir the improvements to the restroom facility to bring the park's restroom <br />building and wastewater system into compliance with current building codes, health regulations <br />and accessibility requirements. <br />I.apscd funds from the prior appropriation (Ordinance No. 02-18) will be used to fund this <br />rcappropriation.
