No. 744Bi11 No. 316 <br />Council ('hair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 316, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 316, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 234-04 by Director of Finance <br />William Takaba, via Communication No. 744, dated September 1, 2004, amends Ordinance <br />No. 04-74, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, ?005.
