No. 241-04 <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 241-04, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 241-04, transmitted by Council Member Aaron 5.Y. Chung, via Conununicatirni No. 762, dated <br />September 20, 2004, transfers funds as follows: <br />h'rom: <br />010-101-5101.91-341 Clerk-CouncilSVC- <br />Contingency Relief <br />General <br />$4.000.00 <br />to <br />010-481-5481.06-I 15 Parks & Recreation Department, General <br />Elderly Activities Division, <br />Coordinated Services Program Income- <br />Misc. Contract Services <br />$4,000.00 <br />These funds will be used to provide free bus transportation for senior citizens to attend the 2004 and 2005 "Senior <br />Citizens Wellness Fairs" in Hilo on November 4, 2004 and Kona in March 2005. The transfer will ensure [hat <br />seniors throughout the entire County of Hawaii will have the opportwtity to gain from these worthwhile events. <br />These Senior Citizens Wellness Pairs will help to increase older citizens' awareness of the various services and <br />benefits provided by the County's Elderly Programs.
