Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawai'i County Council f{^ <br /> <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Cou ty Council <br /> Kupulau Heights Subdivision <br /> <br /> <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute an <br /> agreement with Hakalau Farms, Ltd., to satisfy the affordable <br /> housing requirement for Kupulau Heights Subdivision. <br /> The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of August 19, 1998.
