Kiyosaki, dated August
12, 1998, which transmits Bill No. 281 to the Council for its review and consideration. Ms.
Kiyosaki states that it was brought to the department's attention that a number of school
children congregate along this section of Kaloko Drive to wait for the school bus. The
department concurs that lowering the speed limit from 40 miles per hour to 35 miles per hour
would improve the overall traffic safety in the immediate azea.
