OB 174 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC'.. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAAAIAI`I: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br /> at any time), paragraph (c), South Hilo, subparagraph (127), of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 <br /> <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> "(127) Pauahi Street, Puna side, [fram K-Pauea Avenue r a r <br /> <br /> Street F' e distanee F t. h d d feet h I direetieft, <br /> e,Rd] from Kamehameha Avenue for a distance of two hundred <br /> fifty feet in the mauka direction.", <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
