COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BII~I~ NO. 376 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAVVAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at any time), paragraph (c), South Hilo, subparagraph (127), of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br />(2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />"(127) Pauahi Street, Puna side, [~ v~ ^ F a' t F <br />C•«ooF F .. ,7' • F r 1. ,] a F r ' •L. 1 ,7' s' <br />aid] from Kamehameha Avenue for a distance of two hundred <br />fifty feet in the mauka direction." . <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. Flew material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br />material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
