COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. SO Q3 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 776-08, RELATING TO <br />TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A llESIGNATED <br />FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 776-08 transferred $3,000 from Council District 7 <br />Contingency Relief funds to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Kona Family YMCA; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Kona Family YMCA program is part of the Island of Hawaii YMCA <br />organization; and <br />WHEREAS, the Island of Hawaii YMCA is anon-profit organization and will be able <br />to receive the funds, and oversee the operations of the Kona Family YMCA program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has requested the organization title <br />change, and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to <br />the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Island of Hawaii YMCA for the Kona Family <br />YMCF, program; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />Contingency Relief funds from Resolution No. 776-08, which authorized the Office of the <br />Prosecuting Attorney to transfer funds to the Island of Hawaii YMCA for the Kona Family <br />YMCA program; and <br />
