This project will construct a new major collector road from the <br /> intersection of Palani Road and Henry Street to Hina Lani Street. The County and Federal <br /> funds will be used for the design and construction phases, respectively, of this project. <br /> <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting to waive the Finance Committee and to have <br /> this bill heard at the Council meeting scheduled for March 18, 2009.
