<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-'Z / /.U ~I f >: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 58 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br />schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (f) Kona, of the <br />Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br />following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />L-l <br /> <br />Kaleiopapa Street. beainnina at a point four <br />hundred ten feet north of Ehukai Street and <br />extendina four hundred ten feet in the northerly <br />direction. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br />ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of thib ordinance, or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br />the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br />provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
