SA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />97 9.1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HA WAIl <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA WAIl: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be apropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />o Chin Chuck Road. beginning at a point 1.6 miles west of the Hawaii Belt <br />Road and extending .7 mile in the westerly direction to the end of the <br />paved section of Chin Chuck Road. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />o Chin Chuck Road. Hawaii Belt Road to a point 1.6 miles west. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />1 <br />
