COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. a6 (Draft 2) ORDINANCE NO. 9~7 5-~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-2 (NORTH AND SOUTH KONA DISTRICT ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO FAMILY AGRICULTURAL (FA-3a) AT KALOKO, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-24:12. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii Counh Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural (FA-3a): Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of this parce) of land, being also the Northwesterly corner of Lot 4 of Block 2 of Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment 1 (File Plan 994) and being a point on the Southerly side of Kaloko Drive, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "MOANUTAHEA" being 12,163.48 feet South and 2,647.77 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise Irom True South: 1. 45° 10' 1,399.98 feet along Lot 4 of Block 2 of Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment 1 (File Plan 994) and along the remainder of Roya~ Patent 8214, Land Commission Award 7715, Apana 11 to Iota Kamehameha to a point; 2. 135° 10' 563.09 feet along Lot 2 of Block 2 of Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment 1 (File Plan 994) and along the remainder of Royal Patent 8214, Land Commission Award 7715, Apana 1 l to Lota Kamehameha to a point;
