<br /> i <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 53 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br /> schedule 28 (NO parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br /> the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding th~~ <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~L S. Iwaiwa Street. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
