<br /> i ~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 69 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ~2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, <br /> schedule 36 (Freight loading zones), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br /> the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> Banyan Drive, beginning at a point one hundred <br /> eighty-two feet west of the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel <br /> entry driveway and extending forty-four feet in <br /> the westerly direction. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
