COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. >_ls <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-64, AS AMENDED BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09-13, RELATING TO EXTENDING PUBLIC USE OF THE <br />HALEHI`I STREET EXTENSION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-64, as amended by Ordinance No. 09-13, is further <br />amended by amending SECTION 3 to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 3. This ordinance shall sunset [sues] one near after the <br />opening of the Haleki`i Street Extension for public use. Upon termination of the <br />one-way restriction, the Haleki`i Street Extension extending four thousand feet <br />eastbound from the Mamalahoa Bypass Highway will be closed to public traffic <br />and will be available for emergency use only." <br />SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 3.
