<br />" <br /> <br />o <br /> <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />BILL NO. 147 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAW AI'I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this amendment is to address public safety <br /> <br />Issues. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking <br />prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), paragraph (c), South Hilo, of <br />, the Hawai'~ County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following, <br />to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />"() Pi'ihonua Road, both sides. beginning at the southern tenllinus <br />of Bridge 25-2 to the southern tenninus of Bridge 25-1, <br />between the hours 01'6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
