The Finance <br />Committee voted to defer consideration of this bill to the November 3, 2009 meeting. <br />Events subsequent to the original consideration of Bill 161 have dictated a change in the allocation of funds <br />as shown in Exhibit A, Draft 4 of the bill. Attached is an amended Exhibit A, which we request replace the <br />current exhibit. Two changes have been made that also result in changes to two sub-total amounts. The <br />changes have been highlighted in this copy for ease of identification. <br />Funding for Lako Street of $1 million has been restored as the result of recent changes in the status of that <br />project. Funding for Parks and Recreation Repairs/Improvements to Facilities has been decreased by $1 <br />million in order to provide funds for Lako Street.
