The purpose of these amendments is to assign the right -of -way at <br /> the approaches to the subject one -lane bridges. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24. article 10. division 2, section 24-265. schedule 13 (Yield <br /> locations). paragraph (a). Hamakua, of the ilawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding the following, to he appropriately numbered and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "( ) Old Mamalahoa iiighway. southbound approach to Bridge No. <br /> 47 -1." <br /> 1 ) Old Mamalahoa Highway, westbound approach to Bridge No. <br /> 47 -2.' <br /> 1 ) Old Mamalahoa I lighway, eastbound approach to Bridge No. <br /> 47 -3." <br /> "( ) Old Mamalahoa Highway. westbound approach to bridge <br /> adjacent to parcels 4- 7 -7:4, 4 -7 -7:19, and 4 -7- 7:90." <br /> i ) Old Mamalahoa Highway. westbound approach to bridge <br /> adjacent to parcels 4 -7 -7:8 and 4- 7 -7:9." <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. in printing this ordinance. the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br /> and underscoring need not he included. <br />
