Section 25 -5 -33, Article S, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the I- lawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> descnhed hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ponahawal. South Hilo, <br /> Hawai`i, shall be Neighborhood Commercial 20,000 square feet (CN-20): <br /> Beginning at a point at the southeast corner of this parcel of land being also the southwest <br /> corner of Lot 13 -B and at the easterly side of Komohana Street, the coordinates of said <br /> point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being <br /> 1,99529 feet South and 120.78 feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br /> from true South: <br /> Thence, along the easterly sole of Komohana Street along a curve to the right having a <br /> radius of 2,960.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance being: <br /> • <br /> 1. 159° 31' 41" 144.18 feet; <br /> 2. 249° OS' 264.20 feet along Lot 13 -A -2; <br /> 3. 335° 03' 169.95 feet along Lot 13 -A -2, to a point m the <br /> middle of Alenaio Stream; <br /> -1- <br />
