Ordinance No. 08 -64, as amended by Ordinance No. 09 -13, Ordinance No. <br /> 09 -102, and Ordinance No. 10 -15, is further amended by amending SECTION 3 to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "SECTION 3. This ordinance shall sunset [: • .. - . - 4, 1 1 ] <br /> upon the opening of the Haleki`i Street Extension for public use. [Upon <br /> . . •• . . . - - . .. . . : - - . 4 . . • . . • . - . .. • <br /> .: • . . : .. • . . • .: - - - - . - .] During the <br /> hours in which the Mamalahoa Bypass /Haleki`i Street Extension are closed for <br /> public use, these roadways will still be available for emergency use only." <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
