This <br /> project is to improve the existing vehicle circulation at the recycle area by paving it with <br /> asphalt- concrete pavement along with the installation of new retaining walls to provide <br /> easy, recessed access to the recycling bins, and to install a concrete pad for the <br /> community reuse facility. <br /> This project meets the Fair Share eligibility criteria and has been approved by the Planning <br /> Director. These improvements benefit the local population by addressing public health <br /> and safety needs and providing adequate services by repairing or replacing existing <br /> deteriorated facilities which are utilized in this growing community. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Environmental <br /> Management. <br /> ilisl L <br /> Nancy E.
