Ford, Council Member <br />SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Resolution No. 20 -11; Authorizing The Payment Of <br />Funds Of A Later Fiscal Year And Of More Than One Fiscal Year For Three (3) <br />Copiers for the Planning Department <br />For your consideration, please find attached proposed amendment to Resolution No. 20 -11. The <br />proposed amendment, illustrated via Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution <br />No. 20 -11, read as follows: <br />The third WHEREAS clause is amended to read: <br />"WHEREAS, the copiers are needed to print departmental documents, necessary plans, <br />and presentations for the County Community Development Programs around Hawai' i <br />Island [ : ] 1 now, therefore, <br />2. The enacting clause is amended to read: <br />"[ NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI' I: <br />1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a five (5) year lease <br />agreement for three (3) copiers for the Planning Department. <br />2.
