No. 760/Bill No. 250 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: ]0:35 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 250, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 250, transmitted by Finance Director Hany Takahashi, via Communication No. 760, <br /> dated April 24, 2000, amends Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, the Capital Budget ending <br /> <br /> .Tune 3Q 2000, by adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> <br /> Paniolo Drive Sidewalk Improvement 110-399-5394.32-115 $200,000 <br /> Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br /> <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $200,000 <br /> Fund Balance and/or Other Sources <br /> <br /> Funds will be used to design and construct a concrete sidewalk on the western side of Paniolo <br /> <br /> Drive between the Waikoloa Baptist Church and Laie Street.
