No. 191 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication 191, reports as follows: <br /> Communication 191, transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated April 20, 2011, nominates <br /> Glen Hisashima to the County of Hawai`i Board of Ethics. <br /> A 61 -year resident of Hawai`i, Mr. Hisashima is presently employed with the Department of <br /> Defense's Hawai`i Island National Guard Youth Challenge. He presently serves on the Board of <br /> Directors for the Salvation Army, and is an advisor /consultant for the Men of Pa`a. His past <br /> community service includes membership with the Domestic Violence Inter Agency Committee, <br /> and the Going Home Committee. Mr. Hisashima states that he is not affiliated with any political <br /> party.
