COUNTY OF HAWAII� STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 9, 6] <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 88 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL1 OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-260, schedule 8 (45 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (e) Kohala, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended <br />by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />O Waikoloa Road, from a point 1.1 miles mauka of Auwaiakeakua Gulch <br />'Bridge and extending 1.7 miles in the mauka direction. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-263, schedule 11 (55 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (e) Kohala, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended <br />by adding the following to the appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />() Waikoloa Road. from a point 2.8 miles mauka of Auwaiakeakua Gulch <br />Bridge to Route 190 <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. . <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 5.
