No. 318-00 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 11:15 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was refereed Resolution No. 318-00, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 318-OQ transmitted by Director of Finance Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 909, dated August 21, 2000, authorizes the acceptance of a donation from Mari-jo Allen. <br /> Mari-jo Allen has graciously donated a miniature horse for educational and display purposes to <br /> the Department of Parks & Recreation for the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo. The value of this <br /> <br /> donation is estimated at $2,500.00. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property. <br /> A letter of appreciation will be sent to Mari jo Allen, P.O.
