Pg. 5 relating to Section 3.5.3c. 3) parts (4) and(6): It was suggested that adding the word <br /> "Develop"was not a strong enough verb and that"build"or"construct"would be more <br /> appropriate. <br /> Response: Action Committee believes the term "develop" connotes sufficient scope to include <br /> such actions as "construct," "build,""plan for," etc. We notice the term"develop"occurs in <br /> other parts of this proposed amendment, and do not think it diminishes the force or intent of the <br /> PCDP. <br /> 2. Pg. 8 relating to Sections 4.2.3b. 3) and 4.2.3e: Members of the Planning Committee <br /> suggested that the deletion of Section 4.2.3e and added language to Section 4.2.3b.3 might <br /> constitute a substantive change to the CDP. <br /> Comm.
