<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII
<br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING.

<br />SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to fulfill a request by the Hawaii Police
<br />Department to provide a tow -away zone within an existing passenger loading zone area to
<br />discourage motorists from misusing the loading zone.
<br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-281, Schedule 29. Parkii g
<br />prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow -away zone, subsection (f), Kona, Hawaii County
<br />ti ode 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows:
<br />(1) Kona
<br />(1) Alapa Street, Kona Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to >:00 a.m.

<br />(4) Kaleiopapa Street, mauka side, beginning at a point four hundred ten feet north of
<br />'Ehukai Street and extending four hundred ten feet in the northerly direction. at ,ill
<br />times, except between 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
